Paul van der Vegt

Paul van der Vegt has over 25 years experience in developing en implementing industrial service concepts and innovation processes with international multidisciplinairy teams. He worked and lived in China and Indonesia and was active as Director/MT-member for keyplayers in the agro-food processing industry (since 2001) as well as the marine-and energy industry. His areas of expertise include after sales, innovation, concept-and strategy development.  Paul studied Marine Engineering at the Maritime Institute "De Ruyter" / University of Applied Sciences in Vlissingen.

Roel de Borst (in memoriam)

Roel de Borst, one of VB&P's two founding fathers, with 25 years of international sales and project experience, working for HVA-Holland Agro Industries BV, Stork-Werkspoor Diesel BV, Wärtsilä Diesel BV and Meyn Food Processing Technology BV. He has been responsible for marketing and sales strategy as well as performance improvement assignments both in the Netherlands and abroad. He has worked and lived in Peru, Afghanistan, Sudan, USA and Indonesia. His areas or expertise include international commercial excellence, organization development and effectiveness. Roel de Borst attended various executive education programs at London Business School and IMD Business School.
